Trials
I recommend doing a trial before your big day that way come the day of, there are no surprises and you are 100% satisfied with your personalized look.

DepositsBookings
To secure and reserve a date, a signed contract is required with a non-refundable deposit of bride's total service cost due at the time of signing. Please be informed, dates and scheduled makeup times will only be reserved when a signed contract and deposit are received. Your deposit will be deducted from the total balance, which will be due on or before your wedding day. Please Note: Scheduling is on a first come first serve basis. I require a signed contract as well as deposit in order to reserve your date. Your date will not be held until both are received, even before the scheduled trial appointment. There is a $400.00 minimum of total makeup services as a booking requirement inside of a 20 mile radius of Temecula,

Terms and Fees
Travel Fee Complementary 25 miles from Temecula, Ca. After first 25 miles, .58 cent per mile will be charged and added to total cost. Parking Fee Client is responsible for any parking, valet or toll fees that may be required. This amount will then be added to total cost and due at the end of the event day. Relocation Fee A $50 fee will be added to total cost if relocating style service area is needed. Additional Artist If additional artist are needed, $100 will be added to total cost. Liability
All makeup products and brushes are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application as well as hands prior to handling face. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any skin condition, sensitivity or allergy should be notified by the client to the makeup artist prior to application. If concerned and need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist (Tawnie Gadban) from liability for any skin complications and or reactions. |
Payment
Final balance listed on invoice is due on the day of and or before the event. Wedding Payment Bride is responsible for the balances from any member of the party who fail to provide payment. Bride is also responsible for payment of those who fail to show up for appointment or those who dropout once their name is written on contract and agreed upon via invoice. Payments accepted are CASH only unless discussed prior. It's the brides responsibility to inform bridal party of accepted payments. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made (60) days prior to your reserved date to relieve all charges. If made before (30) days of reserved date, 50% of total services on contract will be due. Cancellations made (30) days or less, 100% of total on contract is due. *A contract is required and will be emailed to you once booked. |
